 | About UsEstablished in 1905,the Welsh Mountain Pedigree Sheep Society was founded to improve and encourage the breeding of welsh mountain sheep. Today these aims hold true. Our members range from smallholders whose sheep are purely a hobby ,to large commercial farmers. The ewes are versatile and can fit into almost any sheep keeping system. Classes for Pedigree welsh sheep are to be found at local, regional and national shows.We also encourage our young handlers and have competitions especially for them at many shows including the Royal welsh at Builth Wells. They are our future! |
